
Mission Statement
The National Hispanic Construction Association (NHCA) is a nonprofit 501(c) 6 membership organization, established to provide the necessary resources to the local and regional chapters to ensure the continued educational, professional and technical progress of its members, while promoting the economic growth, advancement and equal participation of Hispanic-owned construction businesses in the industry throughout the US.
Vision Statement
To be a solid and well recognized organization that will represent state and regional chapters as well as the interests of the Hispanic Construction Community in the US to the private, public, federal, and trade sectors. To advocate for sustainable growth, access to contracting opportunities and defend its members’ rights.
Key Objectives
1.- Become the national representative of the state chapters as well as the interests of the Hispanic contractors in the US. Develop strong government relations and lobbying efforts. Advocate for equitable levels of participation of Hispanic-Owned Construction Businesses in contracting opportunities.
2.- Help state chapters reach long term success & positioning within the construction industry. Provide the necessary resources for our chapters to be successful and attractive to their target market. Provide cutting edge education, technical programs and training in the construction industry. Search for ultimate industry trends.
3.- Become a primary source of information for the Hispanic construction community in the US. Develop strategic alliances with public and private agencies and specialized media for industry research. Offer several communication channels for our members (Institutional website, e-newsletter and printed newsletter) and on-site information at NHCA facilities, local associated organizations and plan rooms.
